Lotto Saxony Upgrades to Brightstar Lottery's Advanced Retail System
Lotto Saxony, a lottery company based in the State of Saxony, Germany, has partnered with Brightstar Lottery to modernize and upgrade its lottery operations. The new seven-year contract, following a competitive selection process, will see the deployment of Brightstar's Aurora™ retail central system and advanced cloud-based software.
The upgrades will significantly improve Lotto Saxony's operational capabilities, transaction processing, and game management. The Aurora system, a key component of Brightstar Lottery's omnichannel solution for lotteries called OMNIA, is designed to integrate both retail and digital lottery operations.
The upgrade incorporates Aurora’s "Anywhere" module, allowing secure linking of external applications to the retail system, and a "Performance Wizard" analytics tool that provides targeted insights to track and improve lottery performance. These tools will offer Lotto Saxony intuitive, user-friendly applications, a range of tools, and robust reporting features.
